  • 1. 適合大批量多品種 PCB 的作業，只需簡單的調整 PCB 定位框架，並於 PC 上設定相應參數，便可實現轉型，換型時間小於 1 分鐘。
  • 2. 設備操作方便，只需一個作業員便可完成多台機的操作。
  • 3. PCB 需要其餘塗敷助焊劑的地方會進行塗敷，其餘地方均不會沾染助焊劑。
  • 4. 大幅節省助焊劑及焊錫。
  • 5. 焊接品質高，能適應元件腳間距特別小的 PCB 焊接。
  • 6. 產生的錫渣含量極低，小於 0.1Kg/8 小時，無鉛錫利用率高。
  • 7. 對於底部有元件的線路板，不需要製作治具即可對 PCB 進行焊接，節省製作治具時間及成本。
  • 8. 較小的設備占地面積，較少的能源消耗，維護成本低。
